A new email phishing scam is circulating in the guise of a Microsoft Outlook alert. The message looks like an auto-response from our e-mail system and asks you to click on a link. The link directs you to a web page that looks like Outlook Web Access (OWA) and asks you to download and install an .exe file that will fix your issue. The attack also personalizes the email in an attempt to gain your trust.

If you received such an e-mail, do not respond to the message and do not click on any links that may be included.

If you inadvertently responded to, or clicked the link in the e-mail, please contact Jub Jub Customer Support at 714-586-8500 for assistance.
