Microsoft is currently having an intermittent issue with their Exchange Online email service. Jub Jub customers emailing recipients hosted on Exchange Online will experience a delivery delay.

Our mail servers are spooling the messages. As soon as Microsoft restores service, your message will be delivered.

For those interested in Microsoft's incident response, their status site reports all services are operating normally. However, these forum posts indicate otherwise.
