Hosting.com has resolved their network latency issue, and connectivity to our servers has been restored.

The issue was apparently caused by a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack against one of Hosting.com's IP addresses. Hosting.com's upstream providers null routed the IP address and connectivity returned to normal.
