	Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm PST We are available by phone Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm and through our online Help Desk after hours, during the weekend, and on holidays. Our servers are constantly being monitored to ensure that they are running properly and their connection to the internet is being maintained. If a server goes down or loses its connectivity, we are notified immediately, and we are usually working on a solution before you are even aware of a problem. We are closed on the following US holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
